Terms and Conditions
- 1. All SL Jewels orders arrive gift wrapped and ready to go. We are happy to include a personalized gift card on request, free of charge.
- 2. Send an email to sales@sl-jewels.com or send a SMS to 91820712.
- 3. State your name, mailing address, contact number, product (eg:B091).
- 4. We will send you an email or SMS within 2 days to confirm your order.
- 5. For confirmed orders, the email or sms will indicate the payment amount and the delivery method.
- 6. Orders will be sent via postage, normal post $1.
- 7. Postage transactions are to be made through POSB/DBS transfer.
- 8. Orders will only be mailed out 3 working days AFTER your payment is received.
- 9. Self-collect (Free ! Collect at 3 Sin Ming Walk, The Gardens At Bishan.)
- 10. Orders will be reserved for 5 days upon order date for self collection.
- 11. No refunds are allowed.
